Fall 2010 Gutter/Leaf Removal Service:
Every November, the deck maintenance season winds down in Washington and we set our sights on contracting work. Over the years, gutter/downspout cleaning has become a big part of our fall program and we are trying to make it more widespread this fall!
Sign up now for either the Gutter Cleaning/Downspout Flush service contract or the Leaf Removal Service Contract. If you sign up for both, you save a few bucks! The Gutter service is $219, the Leaf Removal service is $249 and together, the total package is $349. With the service contract, we will visit your home 3 times in the months of November and December to clean and remove leafs from your gutters and yard. We always attempt to hit every home twice in November and once in December before the first snow. Of course, that snuck up on us last year!
The fact is, gutter cleaning and raking leafs is no fun yet we all have to deal with these projects to keep our homes looking and working well. The other fact is we need to keep working in the fall and can therefore offer a very competitive price for these services.
